Daycare and Sleepovers

DD Ranch offers both daycare (7 days a week) and boarding. 5+ acres to run and play and all dogs sleep in our house - no kennels. We are your dogs home away from home with someone here 24/7 to give your dog the love and attention he/she gets at home. Due to the ranch lifestyle and horses we only take dogs 30 pounds and over (medium/large breed puppies are fine!)

Daycare

Is your dog home alone all day? Do you have a high-energy dog that needs an outlet for all that energy? Have your dog come to the Ranch to socialize, meet new friends, run, wrestle, play ball or frisbee, play on the agility field, try some canine puzzles, or just get some extra human interaction while you are away at work. We guarantee your pup will come home tired and happy.

1st time visitor? All 1st time visitors must come for a meet and greet and then do a daycare and make sure our Ranch environment is a comfortable fit for you and your dog.

Boarding

Whether you are going on vacation or taking a business trip, we will give your dog lots of individual attention and unlimited exercise and your dog is treated like one of our own! All dogs sleep in the bunkhouse...their home away from home. Owners live on site so your dog will never be left alone at night or be left in a kennel on the weekend.

$50 per night (this is for a 24 hour period)

$60 per night for puppies 7 months and younger

Stay and Train

$75 per night - same amenities as above but with one-on-one obedience/leash walking and/or agility training added onto you stay. Several short sessions per day

Bath, towel dry, ear clean before your pup comes home - $30

Summer, Thanksgiving and Christmas Reservations - Due to our small numbers, these reservations will require a pre-payment of half down for the dates reserved and is non-refundable.

No drop offs/pick ups Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day (pm hours for pick up only)

There will be a $5 per day charge for raw diets for storage and sanitation.

If you book a multiple night stay you are required to pay for your reserved stay as you are holding a spot for your dog and we are usually on a wait list.

Information

We want your dog to feel at home! We encourage you to bring your own food to keep your dogs system regular along with feeding instructions. We can supply grain free food for a $5 fee per day. Please bring your food in pre-measured baggies or small plastic containers (no large bags) with your dog's name and feeding instructions.

Absolutely NO CHILDREN UNDER 14 ALLOWED IN THE YARD.

MUST bring current vaccination records: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHLP), and Bordetella are required. Canine Influenza (recommended).

We do not accept unaltered males or females (except puppies under 7 months old). All dogs must be spayed/neutered. Dogs not housebroken or incontinent will not be accepted.

Barking - Habitual, chronic or nuisance barkers will not be accepted. If your dog requires the use of a bark collar of any kind, the collar must accompany your dog and if you don't have one, one of our Sport Dog collars will be used. We will mitigate any tendency toward excessive barking. If bark collars are unacceptable you will be responsible for someone picking your dog up immediately.

Breed Restrictions: These are breeds that we do not accommodate for a variety of reasons including insurance regulations and personal experiences: Pitbulls, Pit mixes, Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Sharp Peis, Akitas, Huskies, Malamutes, all Sight Hounds, Bull Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Mountain Dogs and Chows.
